sharing worksheet over LAN

Hello.

I've created a version of Tetris in Excel. What I'd really love to do is allow people to play against each other over a LAN. Can anyone suggest how this might be done?

PS I'm not necessarily looking for exact answer (though that would be nice); any pointers for further research would be helpful
