sharing violation?

when i try to save a file as .ai, i get an error message that reads...

"Acrobat PDF file format is having difficulties.
Sharing Violation."

Does anybody know what that is all about???

Did you figure this out? I'm getting the same problem after installing an upgrade of Acrobat Writer v4 to v6.
