Sharing violation not backing up NTUser.dat, SAM, security, System

Hi, getting different backup behaviors here, don't know why.
Using AS6.5 and AS2000, I am backing up NT 4.0 and 2000 servers. None of the boxes is using open file agent. On only one of the servers am I getting a sharing violation when for NTuser.dat, and C$\winnt\system32\config\default, sam, security, software, and system.
The server I am getting the sharing violation on is a standalone 2000 server. The others that run OK are in domains, but are PDCs. Using administrator ID for the backups.

Any help or suggestions?
