I am using Crystal Reports 9.2. We have an intranet using SharePoint for clinical staff where we share information and reports. I can create a report in Crystal (Crystal Reports is only on my computer) and post it on SharePoint for users who are then able to run the report using Crystal Ease. This works great but we are finding that Crystal Ease requires a login to refresh the reports. Users enter their username and password and hit OK but then the login window keeps appearing - they have to click OK several times for it to go away. I am able to allow specific users for each report I post so I would really like users to be able to run the report WITHOUT a login. Is this something we can set up on Crystal Ease? Or something I can do with the report when I create it in Crystal Reports?
