Sharing Personal Folders in Outlook

Greetings all,

I am trying to allow two people on my network to share the same Outlook personal folder. I have already given the user permission to access the folder, but how do I get him to actually see it in his Outlook folder list? Any help would be most appreciated.

I believe what you need to do is go to Outlook icon on desktop, right click, go to properties, select the Microsfot Exchange server (highlight), then choose Properties, click on the Advanced tab, press the ADD button and type in the name of the user. Then press apply, okay and when the user enter Outlook the folder should be there.

Personal folders cannot be shared. What we do is create a public folder accessable by the persons wanting to share.
