Sharing Outlook XP 2002 Calendar

Does anyone know how to share/sync Outlook XP 2002 Calendar?

I figured it out in Outlook 2000, but' 02 is not the same at all.

In Outlook 2000, this was the NetFolders feature but Microsoft (in all their wisdom) removed this completely from Outlook 2002 and 2003. If you have an Exchange server you can do it by selecting Share My Calendar from the Calendar Navigation Pane but if you don't have Exchange this option does not appear.

If you want to share calendars without Exchange (as it is expensive) you might want to check out the following solutions:
