I am trying to find a way to share the outlook express or outlook address book online through a network. Currently my office is set up so we can access each other's computers through shared folders. Is there any way to share an address book? I tried using a briefcase and syncing the address books, but it only puts the addresses into a personal folder in outlook and I cannot access them from the address book icon. I also need the groups headings to remain intact, which does not happen when exporting/importing. We do not have a mail server or exchange server. Do we need one?
