I work in a small office with less than 10 employees and the boss wants to see everyone's Outlook calendar (for the coming month). We do not have an exchange server. Is there any way to do it?
I am thinking about Google calendar, which can be easily shared (I have not tried it yet). My idea is to enter data into the outlook calendar, which is synced to the Google calendar, which then can be shared.
Right now the office email is not hosted by Gmail. As I know, I can use google calendar without an Gmail account. So my question is:
Is it reasonable to use Google Calendar without Gmail? In other words, should I switch to Gmail for the convenience of managing both email and calendar (both are free anyway)?
Thanks.
