I have XP Pro with Office Pro.
The machine is shared with my SO & we each have a seperate login. Is there any way to set things up so that when Anne is online, downloading emails from her account, mine are downloaded too, but sent into my seperate pst file, and vice versa when I am online, kinda like the fetchmail system in Linux?
We don't have anything to hide, we just respect each others privacy. I would also like to use the XP feature that tells you how many mails you have left to read when you log in.

I am not familiar with fetchmail on Linux (on my list of things to do) but with using Outlook and Windows XP I would say no or at least not the way you would want it to work.

Personal folders will probably be under separate profile folders so you won't be able to acces each others data. If you keep them in a folder where both could access then there is not going to be much privacy. joegz
