Sharing one PRI between two BCM450s

So I manage a BCM450 for an organization consisting of two subsidiaries. Single PRI feeding it.

Sadly, the two subsidiaries cannot abide sharing the PBX anymore. So Org #2 is going to buy their own BCM450 and get their own PRI leaving Org #1 with the existing BCM and PRI.

Is there any EASY, relatively straightforward way for me to continue sharing the existing PRI between the two BCM450s? Org #2 uses specific digits and Org #1 uses the other digits coming down the PRI.

Try networking the bcm together with h323 trunks then allow access
to the lines
