Is there a way to share an single POP3 email account across 2 WinXP Home user accounts?

What happens currently is that when one user downloads email, the other person never sees it in their inbox, due to it having been downloaded into the other user's account. Seems like this is probably a simple issue, but I haven't been successful in finding the answer to it yet.

In both user's OE: tools, Accounts, select mail account, Properties button, Advanced tab, check 'Leave copy of message on server'. Also check & set 'Remove from server after X days'. Make sure that both users check mail within the x days time frame. If you're mailbox gets full too quickly, you will need to reduce x days.
