At work we have a Windows 2000 server, and Windows 98 clients. I use Outlook Express for e-mail on my Windows 98 client PC.

At home I use Windows 98, and can connect to my office by way of a VPN connection. I also use Outlook Express for e-mail at home.

I would like to have the same inbox (account settings, et. al.) from both my home and office PC, so that whichever one I use to send or recieve e-mail, they are constantly identical. If I recieve a message at work, I want to be able to read it at home, etc.

Any thoughts on this? Will I need to use the full Outlook program? Will I need to install Microsoft Excahnge on the Windows 2000 server?

Exchange server will do the job exactly as you want it to.
No matter what comes in or our of your mailbox its always stored on the Exchange Server, so at home or in work you will ways be viewing the same mailbox.... Jay~
