Hi.

I have created a macro for excel that puts the name of the last person to modify a document into the footer, along with the date modified.

I need to make it so everybody in the office can click a button on their toolbar to apply the macro to a document they are creating.

I have found out how to make it so I can use the button in any document on my own computer, but when I export the module as a .bas file then import it on another computer, I cannot use the macro for any documents on that computer.

I have been unsuccessfully searching the internet to figure out how to do this, and the excel help file is terrible for learning how to do things. D=

Not sure if this would help any, but do the other computers have their macro security set to medium or low?

which is the same as I have my computer set, by the way. Sorry for the doublepost, I didn't know that you cannot edit posts on this forum.
