I have two users sharing a M7310 set and would like each to have their own DN and VM on the system. One VM account is already functional. The system particulars are MICS 3.0 and NVM 3.0.10B. What is the best approach for this environment.

Also, how can I determine available DN's, ports and lines on the system?

I have looked through multiple posts and have not been able to find any information related to the questions above.

Thanks in advance

nr,
Most elegant solution is for the provision of two sets.

You could perhaps get away with creating a phantom DN, asigning it as an answer key to the one set and then creating a mailbox on the Phantom DN. The users would, however, still be stuck with the original DN for call placing purposes. Also MSG notification becomes a little gnarly and not straight forward.
Look in Maint Port/DN status for the second part of your question.
