sharing internet with wireless

hi

trying to work out what kit i need to share my sisters internet connection from an Windows XP machine downstairs.

thought two of these "D-Link Wireless USB 1.1 Adapter"

ebuyer quick code 51323

can i connect one these too the XP machine and one on Windows 20000 machine upstairs. Would this allow sharin the ADSL internet from XP machine.
