hello im trying to share my drives under 2000, but i keep on getting a error 2114: The server service is not started what does that mean? Or could someone show me how to share a drive under 2000, thanks [sig][/sig]

You need to go into your services applet and set the server service to start automatically. On an NT or 2000 machine, when resources are shared it is referred to as being a server. Therefore, that service must be running. The Win98 equivalent would be the file and print sharing option in the network properties.
