Sharing Folder

hi,
I have a folder consisting of excel worksheets on my computer which I am sharing it with my collegue in the office. however, when I make changes to the excel sheets in my folder, it only updates my folder and not my collegue's. similarly, if she makes a change in the excel, it wont show up at my end although we are sharing this folder....please help.....thanks

It sounds like you are not sharing the same folder, but rather you have copied the folder, so you each have the same folder. Make sure you both have permission to the Same folder. Then you will want to consider going over the shared settings on the worksheet, so you can't both be editing at the same time.
