Sharing Data Maps in MS Project 2007. 1

Hi,

I am using MS Project 2007, and have created a map to export into Excel using the File/Save As/Excel Workbook function (this starts up the Export Wizard where I created the export map).

The map I created appears in the list of existing maps.

This map seems to only be viewable to me though, as when I send the same file to a colleague, they cannot see the map in the 'Existing Maps' list.

I have tried to find the map file in Windows Explorer to share it, but cannot see it.

Does anyone know how I can share this export map so other users of the project file can use it please?

Your map is in Global.mpt. You can use the Organizer to copy or move it. Tools>Organizer
