Sharing contacts in Outlook 2000 1

I have received a distribution list as an attachment in an email. How do I save the attachment into my contacts folder? If I open the attachment and click "Save and Close", it does not appear in my contacts folder as expected.

Drag and drop the attachment (DL) into your Contacts folder.
