Sharing Calendars

I need to be able to share users calendars with shareing the other folders. I need to be able make this caledar part of the folder list. I have seen this done but cannot find any info on how to make it happen.

The user who owns the calander you want to share has to give the appropriate permissions to the other use. by clicking properties on the folder, permissions and so on.

the other user, should goto Control Panel->Mail->Edit email accounts, and edit his exchange account, he has advanced there, and on the second tab in the advance, he adds the name of the user of the shared calander.
then he will have the other user's calander...
