Sharing Calendar Data - help required

We are a company with two different databases, one for telesales and one for Office equipment. We have the same users for each databse, however certain activites(scheduled and completed) are not being shared across the two databases, please can someone help me on this as this is very important, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I need the info to be seen on both databases! Thanks!

Darren,

Calendar is already shared between the two databases, however, the history is specific to the given database.
