hi all
i have an MS Access application on the server that i share on all the network, i set the users and passwords..
i have one form in the application that edits a query, where all the users on my network share this form, which i mean they all have access on the form.
the problem i have is that when more than 1 user is accessing the form at the same time, not all the users changes are accepted.. how can i solve the sharing update problem??
I am using Access 2003
thanks for any suggestion

I do not think that excluding user B so that user A can finish updates will work, because as soon as user B can get in, he will change user A's work. It seems to me that the best bet would be to keep the query in the database front end.

thank you, but how to do so?

Is your database not split into a front end and back end? This is the recommended way of setting up a multiuser database.
