Sharing Announcement, News, Events in sites

Hello Everyone,

I have a top portal, and few sites created under the portal. I want to share some announcement, news and events in these sites from the portal. So the sites, lets say Site1 will have shared(common) announcement from top portal and its own announcements.

Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

I don't think this is possible. The Announcement type webpart doesn't have an associated URL to it that you could use to link back to your top site.

Make your users go to the top site first and then provide them with a link to the other sites, where the announcements are specific to those sites.
