Sharing and unsharing.

Help. 2 projects set up in VSS. Project A and Project B. I dragged all the source from proj A into proj B. I then took a couple of files from Proj B and branched them. After finishing working on these 2 branched files decided to merge them back in. Done that. Now why doesn't the merged files appear merged in proj A. How do I now show them as shared again and not branched but with my new changes ?
