Sharing a site offline in a browser - how do I distribute?????

I have been trying to figure out a way to share my pages with ithers in my group who need to approve the pages prior to passing to systems to upload and integrate the data bases. I want to be able to forward the folder I have with my graphics an html pages so they can be viewed by other in a browser and they can walk through the site. I don't have a staging area online to do this on so it has to be offline.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
