Sharing a printer on an XP machine

I have a printer Epson Stylus 600 connected to an XP machine and I want share it with 2 win 98 machines. The network is win 2000. When I try to connect I get an error

The error message is
\\computer is not accessible.
The logon server cannot be found.

But I'm able to access it from another XP machine.

. Use passwords for all users
. Add as new local users all members of Computer A with identical passwords, to computers B and C
. Similarly, add as new users with passords until all Workgroup computers have the same user and passwords added as local users.
