Sharing a database

Is it possible to have two servers at two locations, each location running a Pervasive V8 database, but somehow keeping them both up to date in real time. Each location has about 5 to 10 people using a custom application (same app at both sites) where they do scheduling and adding notes to patient records. Each site is connected via T1 connection. Its imperative that each site be up to date in real time, no time lags are possible.

Using just PSQL, no. You would need to use Data Exchange from Pervasive. I don't know if it'll work in your case though. I've not used it myself.
