sharing a contacts folder? (OUTLOOK)

In ms outlook, I have created a folder with a list of our company's business contacts and need to share the folder out to all our users...but when i right click on the folder and try to go to administration in properties, all of the options are greyed out..ive logged in as administrator and also as myself..what am i doing wrong? ive got full rights set up on the exchange server..please help
 
I'm assuming you have set this up as a public folder?

To change any of the Administration Tab properties in a public folder, you have to have owner permission in that folder.

Are you defined as an 'owner' of the folder?
