We leased out space to another business. We let them to use 4 extensions and add their own 2 c.o. lines to an MICS/callpilot. Those lines are assigned to their own greeting table(2). When the greeting plays and no options are chosen, it goes to our general delivery mailbox. Someone suggested we change the operator to their main mailbox. Now it does ring and go to that box after the greeting but now of course if someone hits O when calling us it goes to them.

There is only 1 GD mailbox. You should ensure a generic greeting or turn it off altogether.

You need to set their attendant DN on their CCR2, and also every one of their users needs to change their personal target attendant to their attendant. That user should also not have a zero.
