Sharin Violation W3404

HI Folk's

I have some problems with any Server.

When i start a job i becomes the error W3404 Sharin Violation for Ntuser.dat and UserClass.dat

AS Version is 2000 for NT on NT4.0 Sp5 and W2KServer with SP2.
but Arserve make backups from 10 Server and I have error on 3 Jobs

Start the arcserve job engine service using the arcserve system account. Give the permission for the arcserve account as per the URL,
