Shares When they are restored 1

I was always under the impression that when a Dir was restored using Arcserve that it brought the associated shares with it????. Can someone help.. Urgent(Manager asking me)

Arcserve does not restore shares in Windows NT. You have to restore the following registry key:

My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Shares.

Reboot the server.

I hope this help !!!!
