I am working on creating a workflow in SharePoint Designer that would be tied to a document library where we store our PO certs. I am wanting the workflow to delete previously rejected documents, but I do not want them to be deleted until a new document that has the same PO number is entered the library and approved. I can get it to where the workflow recognizes that two certs with the same PO number are in the library and it will wait until one is approved, but once it is approved it deletes the most recent rejected document in the library regardless of the PO number. I cant seem to figure out the logic on this one.
