When I click on "Configure Virtual Server Settings" on the SharePoint Administration page, my Default Web Site has a "Not Administrable" label next to it and I am unable to click on my virtual server to make any changes. This occurred when I uninstalled WSS 2.0 and reinstalled it. I've tried everyhing I can think of but nothing so far. When I reinstalled, the default virtual server showed up as extended even though I did not manually extend it myself. Have anyone else encountered this?

Additional Info: I have SharePoint SP1 installed:

I tried running the command line executable to unextend the virtual server:

stsadm -o unextendvs -url -deletecontent

But I get the following error when doing so:

The server administration programs and the extended virtual server for Windows SharePoint Services on this Web server are not compatible. Ensure that the administration program is the same version as the virtual server.

I am not clear on which version the error message is referring to. The SharePoint(as stated under the Add/Remove program screen) and the STSAdmin.exe file versions are the same.
