I have published the sharepoint site through isa2004, when I access the site through IE I am prompted for my domain username\password.

I enter it

I am then prompted again for my username\password.
I enter it

I am then allowed in, it also prompts again when I try upload docs.

Is there away that I only have to enter the username\password once??

Which version of SharePoint?

We are using ISA 2006 and WSS 3.0 and have periodic issues with login prompts, but only tends to happen when viewing / editing documents.

Check the ISA log as you are moving through SharePoint. You may notice a call as anonymous or something else that ISA is blocking which causes it to re-prompt you. If you are using SharePoint 3.0, make sure that the Alternate Address Mappings are setup properly for the URL that is being passed through ISA as well, that has been known to cause unnecessary login prompts for us.
