I have installed windows 2003 server. I have 2000 sql server installed in a separate box. When I go to configure sharepoint services (before i install project server) I am having trouble connecting to the sql server. It gives me an error "unable to get global configuration"... does anyone know what this means and what i can do to fix that?..im going nuts for 4 days trying to figure it out...
