Sharepoint: Remove url from picture

Hi,

I have a picture on my front-end that has an "empty" url to it. When I click on the picture, a blank page open ups. I need to make the picture "not clickable". I don't have Sharepoint Designer installed, so I need to do the change on the front-end. Is there anybody that can help?

What version of SharePoint is being used.
how is the picture being displayed? is it in a summary link web part?
