New to the forums. Greetings everybody!
My company has standardized on Sharepoint as the corporate portal and I have been tasked with putting together a process that will support the retention policies currently going through the approval. I have configured the Records Center in Sharepoint as a location for documents that will have retention rules applied to them through Simpana. I have setup the send to function that allows users to send files directly to the Records Center and Im currently stuck at the rules configuratoin.
I have defined content type for both the originating and Records Center library. I have confirmed that files without defined content type does end up in the Unclassified Records library. However, those with the defined content type error out when I try to send them to the Records Center. The error is not detailed. It just indicates that it was unable to send the file. Any configurations steps I might have overlookded?
Thanks
