I tried to configure my new WSS 3.0 but after item 5 of 10 there was this error message:

Failed to register sharepoint services
An exception of the type System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException was thrown. Additonal exception information: This server is not the indexer of this search application

Can anyone help?
