But i will give you a short overview
SPS Sharepoint Portal Server - is a product that portals WSS sites and therefore also includes WSS. It gives u better search functions and some advanced webparts
WSS Windows Sharepoint Services- is the baby brother of sharepoint (runs only on Windows server 2003 like SPS but is free). But is still very powerfull
STS Sharepoint Team Services - is an "old" sharepoint product so use the new ones. And don't be confused by the name for the WSS intalleer cos itsays STSV2
