Hi All I have uploaded an infopath form that I have created via the "upload form template" from the application management page with no problems but when I click "manage form templates" and "activate to a site collection" i recieve the error message

"Cannot publish the following form template: test form.xsn. Check events log for details"

I have checked the event log and the following error is reported:

Any ideas as I have tried googling the error but no joy.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.

Hi there,

Can you tell me how you published the form? ie, using full access rights and approving through admin mode.

Is this the only form that is creating error in your server? Have you created any simple form with just one textbox or so and publish and give it a try?

I get it with every form i publish.

I have tried publishing it via the upload on the forms page and via the application manager - upload and manage forms

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.
