Sharepoint homepage not reachable

Hi

I am quiet new in this topic. We are running sharepoint on SBS 2003 machine. Latest days sharepoint is not reachable anymore (page cannot be displayed)

A reboot solves the problem for few days but this is not the correct solution. Event log does not give me any information.

Can somebody help me where to start looking to solve this problem.
