I'm using Excel Services in SharePoint 2007 to connect to Analysis Services. I have a date hierarchy filter among my filter collection. I would like to be able to dynamically set the default date instead of just typing in something like [Date].[Hierarchy Name].[May 2009]. I've tried an MDX expression with a StrToMember formula. I didn't figure it would work and it did not. Any ideas?
