Sharepoint Excel problems

hi,

I have two problems with Excel Services. If I try and add the web part Excel Web Access I get the error

unable to add selected web parts(s). Excel Web Access: An unexpected error.

Any ideas.

Second issue is when I upload an excel file to the document library and open click on it to open it externally in excel it works, but when I choose the option to open it within the browser I get the error

requested registry access is not allowed

any ideas on this one?
