Sharepoint errors

We recently put sharepoint services on our project server and now it's showing these errors: Check cross domain and trusted sites, project server failed to update links, displaying web page problems. I put all the urls in the trusted sites and made sure that the cross domain was enable. Still showing errors. Has anyone seem these errors before and what was the problem?

Any help is good, I'm just starting in the field!
