Hello, fairly new here to sharepoint! I have a strong background in Access, and am trying to make some access data available to Sharepoint. I have found the simplest way (I think!) is to create a list in WSS, then link that list into Access. This lets me update data programatically, but what I really need to do is restore relationships in sharepoint. For example:

1. List1 (in WSS) has Last Name, and Position fields, List2 has Position, Title, and Name fields. Position in List1 is a lookup to List2 (a list of all available positions).
- Now, I want to be able to open List2 (or another list if necessary), and have it show me all the Positions, and Who is currently filling them. (keeping in mind a person may fill more than one position)
- It seems to me the only way within the browser to do this is to create a lookup on Name in List2 to Name in List1. I can programaticaly (in access) update the list, but want to know if there is a way to do this automatically. (creating a two way relationship...similar to the way I would query in access to see who was in what positions after establishing a relationship)

Thanks for your help!
