In SPS2003, we created some calendar to record events. Now found that events older than 30 days will be automatically delete or remove or purge from the calendar.
Did you use the events template to creat your calendar? I belive that purging this events list is a built in fuction of SPS. If you need items longer create a custome list in calendar view and create you columns as needed. Filter you default view to current items (end is greater then or equal to [today]) and creat another view for items less then today.
