I am using SPS2003 with SQL 2000 SP4.

I have full context search enabled. When I try to do any crawl or updates I get this error in my log.

The update cannot be started because the content sources cannot be accessed. Fix the errors and try the update again.

Context: Application, Non_Portal_Content Catalog

Can anyone shed some light intot his. I have looked all over the Net and haven't been able to figure this out.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Have you tried and specified the account you use for crawling also for the specific content indexes? I have seen some similar things before and I had to set and specify the crawl account for each index, even though I have configured a default crawling account which has rights (so I just added the same account on the indexes)

Not sure if it will help, but might be worh a try if you haven't done so yet.

Cheers,
Thomas
