I have set up sharepoint services with Exchange 2007 and its integrated just fine. I have one issue with emails which is very frustrating:
Alerts work fine emailing the user as requested.
However, when I assign permission to a user and it tries to send the Welcome Email it fails.
I have checked the settings and I am assuming if the Exchange server is allow the alerts go through it cannot be that Server or any anti virus.
Is there a setting I am missing here?
