If you are just talking about adding autocad files to sharepoint, that is possible (as long as the file extension is not on the blocked files list).
What might cause problems is when you want to chose edit the document, I do not think sharepoint will give you a choice by default to actually edit the file in autocad. I would think you need to do some modification so you can chose to edit the documents in Autocad. Otherwise the file will open up as readonly when you open it up in autocad from the sharepoint site.
Perhaps a programmer/developer in this forum has some helpful tips for that kind of modification.
