We are thinkling of going down the sharepoint route.

Does anyone know if you can still attach documents to a company or contact if that doc is on the sharepoint server?

We are just about to upgrade from ACT 9.0 from 8.0.
Many Thanks
Guy

When ACT! 8/9 attaches a document, it copies the document into it's own data area. This is to make it available to all ACT! users - LAN, Sync, Web.

Thanks Mike.
That's great, but when I try to attach a document to a contact, I only have the facility to browse my conventional shared network drives in ACT, how can I pick up the documents on Sharepoint? The browse function doesn't show sharepoint.

Thanks again
Guy
